Cancellation & Payment Policy

We aim to balance flexibility for our guests with fairness to our small hospitality business. Please review the policy below before booking.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will receive a 100% refund of all paid prepayments.
• Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of all paid prepayments.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.

All cancellation deadlines are based on the property’s local time on the day of check-in.

Payment Schedule

To confirm your reservation:

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
• The remaining 50% balance is automatically charged 7 days prior to arrival

Reservations are not confirmed until the initial payment has been successfully processed.

Security Deposit

• No security deposit is required for your stay.
